Production standard: the exported products are manufactured according to American 3a, Japanese JIS, German DIN, international ISO or IDF standards.
External surface treatment: # 320 ~ # 400 cloth wheel polishing treatment# 180 cloud surface polishing treatment; Pickling treatment.
Internal surface treatment: # 320 ~ # 400 cloth wheel polishing treatment; Pickling treatment; Electropolishing treatment (optional).
Mechanical test: the mechanical test is consistent with the standard of ASTM A1016, including repeated bending test, compression test, flaring test and eddy current testing.
Ultrasonic flaw detection and report: all Ba pipes and Ba fittings have been tested to meet the specification requirements.
Cleaning treatment: wash with chemical solvent, purge with nitrogen, cap both ends, and pack with single-layer antistatic bag.
Marking: both ends of the pipe are marked.
Ex factory supply: product certificate and factory test report.
The standard AP pipe below 4 "is 4m fixed length, and the standard AP pipe above 4" is 6m fixed length. Special length needs to be ordered separately.
